INTRODUCTION
Any order sent to YOU ​​AND ME GUERIN implies acceptance of the Terms & Conditions (below), which are part of the transport contract between YOU AND ME GUERIN and its client.
PRICES
Transfer pricing is for the direct transfer without stop from the starting point to the end point, service ending immediately after.
The amount of luggage transported is proportional to the capacity of the vehicle.
All prices include the vehicle, the driver, insurance for passengers, fuel, tolls and parking fees.
The given price corresponds to a price per vehicle, regardless of the number of people (4-6 people)

PRICES APPLICABLE FOR THE CURRENT YEAR
ADDITIONAL FEE OF 20% FOR HOLIDAYS - SUNDAY - NIGHTS FROM 22pm TO 7am
BOOKING
Upon receipt of your request we will send you a price fo requested service.
For a confirmation of services, this quote must be returned dated, signed and stamped indicating your acceptance and returned by mail or email, to accept respect of both parties.
The booking will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit amounting between 30% and 100% of the quoted price, for any desired reservations to be recorded one month or more in advance.
CANCELLATION
Any cancellation by the guest speaker:

a week before the start of delivery, will be charged 0% of the amount.

72 hours before the start of service, will be charged 30% of the amount.

24 hours before the start of service, will be charged 50% of the amount.
DELIVERY
The service is valid only once, and in case the client is not present at the meeting place, the booking will be lost forever, will not be refund.
Any damage to the vehicle will be charged to the customer.
It is forbidden to smoke or eat inside the vehicle.
The belt must be fasten.
Responsibility for our driver being committed during the rental period of the vehicle, they are instructed to respect and enforce the laws.
The customer is not allowed to require that the driver exceeds the authorized speed limit or commit offenses in the Highway Code.
"YOU AND ME GUERIN" is allowed to interrupt the current transfer if the customer commits an offense, for example, use of drugs, or if customer behavior jeopardizes safety of the driver or security in the vehicles, or if customers are insulting the driver.
CHANGES IN SERVICE COURSE
Any modification of the trip by the customer during the transfer will generate additional fee to be paid on board or at the end of the transfer.
In case of modification of the trip or duration, the driver will notify on his mission order, to be signed by the client.
Then the costs will be charged to the client.
RULES
Our service will be paid at the end of transfer.
We accept payment by check, bank transfer, cash.
CLAUSES OF LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
YOU AND ME GUERIN is not responsible for delayed transport due to circumstances beyond his control: closed road, bridge closed to traffic, diversion, flooded road, traffic jams, interventions on Ground Force police, customs, fire, etc .... (not limited list).
YOU AND ME GUERIN is not responsible for delays due to unpredictable facts: strikes, weather conditions, attacks, riots, etc .... (not limited list).
If the vehicle is immobilized during the trip to mechanical failure, accident, damage or theft, YOU AND ME GUERIN will ensure continuity of the transfer using one of its vehicles, or a vehicle from another company, and will inform the customer.
INSURANCE
Responsibility for YOU AND ME GUERIN is limited to its insurance contract clauses.
The client will have possibility to subscribe to additional insurance for cancellation costs, repatriation costs or insurance of baggage (not limited list).
POLICE AND SECURITY RULES
The vehicle and driver will be provided with the necessary vehicle documents for any service.
The client and passengers are required to comply with the rules applicable to persons and luggage in all the crossed countries.
According to the applicable law in all public places, it is forbidden to smoke in our vehicles.
In accordance with the applicable law about drinking, it is forbidden to consume alcoholic beverages on board our vehicles.
Wearing seat belts is compulsory for all passengers in vehicles with available equipment.
DISPUTE
Any claims will be accepted within eight days after the execution of the service.
In case of dispute, the court of the place of performance of the contract will apply (Toulon, FR)
any claim is admissible only within eight days after execution of the service.
